Unlike typical coaching involving say a weekly 1-2-1, my approach provides 24x7 coaching support via asynchronous voice messages using the free Voxer App. Using the Voxer app allows Reps to access support in near real-time. This high availability has proven more effective than weekly calls. When combined with a sprint tracker and slack checkins it helps keep Reps accountable and focused.
Example
If a Rep is short on pipeline I run a two week Prospecting sprint that has been proven to generate pipeline. Supported by a weekly kick off, end of week retrospective and daily checkin calls with me, Reps will discuss calls made, connects and positive conversations. This focus and accountability over an intense sustained two week period can turn around low pipeline, build confidence and develop better business development habits.

Pricing is per Sales Rep, allowing teams and even individuals the opportunity to benefit from coaching.
Contract terms available are a three month taster, or nine and twelve months. Taster terms require payment upfront and include a 15% discount.
Set up fee incudes time invested to understand the Sales objectives; current issues and concerns; becoming audible ready; and doing any required mandated compliance onboarding.
Volume discounts are available for large teams.
